Yes, you’re only sent leads based on the parameters you specify. Just keep in mind that the more filters you have or add, naturally the less volume you’ll receive.

Yes. However it is impossible to determine if the applicant filled out another form previous to ours. Once an applicant has filled out our form and the information is sold to you, it is not re-sold to anyone else.
Q. If these are Live-Transfer Leads, how do you know if I'm able to take a call?
Yes. However, it is impossible to determine if the applicant filled out another form or called someone else. Once an applicant has filled out our form or called us directly, the information or call is sold to you and not re-sold to anyone else.
Q. How do I pay for the leads?

Q. Are the leads accurate?
One of the biggest challenges lead generation companies face is obtaining accurate data from users. No matter what type of technology a lead company claims to have. No company can completely stop users from entering inaccurate data. Companies will claim to have all sorts of software to ensure more accurate data. Also, you have to consider that customers sometimes stretch the truth or don’t have the facts readily at hand and make guesses on the information they enter on forms.
At LeadExcel, we do our best to verify every lead sold to give you the best opportunity to have accurate information and close the deal.
Q. How many times are your leads sold?
Our leads are sold only to you unless you specify that you are fine with accepting shared leads. The best lead is an exclusive lead, meaning you are the only person the lead was sold to. Exclusive leads are more expensive, but you have a higher chance of closing the sale than you do with a shared lead.
Q. What should I expect from a Phone Verified Lead?
You should expect to speak with a consumer who is interested in your product or service and waiting to speak with you. You should also expect their information to be accurate since it was confirmed by one of our agents.
Q. What is the closing ratio on your Phone Verified Leads?
The average closing ratio is up to 25%*. Again, this is a simple concept. The quicker you contact the lead, the better the chance of closing the sale. The first thing you should do is make contact. Once you have made contact with the lead, ask questions and find out what they are looking for…, like any other form of sales, the more they trust you, like you and value your service, the more success you will have. After this initial contact you can follow up with a quote and answers to their questions. Quick responses are key.
Q. What is the closing ratio on your Live-Transfer Leads?
The average closing ratio is typically between 15-55%*. This varies based on agent skill and product being sold.
Q. What filters are available for your leads?
Filters allow you to set criteria for the customer leads you receive. Example: You could specify that you only want leads for customer seekers that have a “Good” credit rating or better or you could specify that you only want leads from “California”. Each lead type has its own set of filters.
Q. How are the leads delivered?
Leads may be delivered in Real-time post format, Microsoft Excel, email, and more. Make sure it is a format you are able to work with.
Q. What exactly is the difference between “Real-time phone verified lead” and “Live-Transfer lead”?
The difference is simple. A live transferred lead is transferred to you via telephone, so you’re put in direct contact with the consumer.
A phone verified lead is a lead that we spoke with that doesn’t have time to be transferred and is requesting a call back at a specific time.
Q. Are these representatives in your call centers native English speakers?
Yes, all employees of our call center live in the US and have little to no accent.
